The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program is Washington's pre-kindergarten program serving at-risk three and four year olds and their families. ECEAP provides preschool education, health services, intensive family support and parent involvement and training. ​ Early ECEAP is an early learning program for children ages 12-36 months funded through Washington State. It is currently in a Pilot Program state. This classroom has a 1:4 teacher ratio and can accommodate up to eight toddlers. Eligibility for these programs is based on income and/or risk factors including foster & kinship care, home environment, and physical/mental health. ECEAP and Early ECEAP provide relationship-based family support services, family goal setting services that support increased stability and individualized planning for children and families.

The Voyager classroom is our Early ECEAP classroom for toddlers 14-36 months. This classroom has a 1:4 teacher/child ratio with a maximum of 8 children. Early ECEAP is a government funded program for income qualified families. Working Connections Childcare subsidy is required. ​ Our Explorer classroom is a toddler classroom for all children age 14 months up to 36 months. This classroom has a 1:7 teacher/child ratio with a maximum of 14 children. Private pay and WCC families are welcome. Both classrooms are equipped with developmentally appropriate materials and equipment to enable children to learn and grow. Learning experiences are planned promote the toddler's growing independence, enhance social skills and build the confidence needed to reach their potential.

The goal of our preschool program is to promote the healthy growth of each child. Our teachers focus activities on both individual growth and quality group experiences for children with a fun, exciting hands on approach. ​ The classrooms are set up with interest centers, which include dramatic play, blocks, fine-motor, sensory, writing, math, science and art. These centers encourage maximum independence, language development and increased social skills. ​ The Challenger classroom is for children starting at age 2 1/2. This space helps young children adapt to a larger group size and encourages independence and discovery. ​ The Pathfinder and Eagle classrooms are for children age 3 and through the start of kindergarten.
