At the earliest stages of life, your baby depends solely on adults in his or her life to meet every need. From the slightest coo and smile, to the cries and tantrums, your little one is communicating. Babies love to explore and by age 3 months, they begin to reach for and grasp items with intention. As they rapidly grow, they begin to imitate others, especially caregivers, and these interactions provide amazing brain growth and development. Even the smallest of these little ones thrive on the touch, love, and communication given to them by the caregivers in their life. Their motor skills develop with help and soon they roll over, sit up, crawl, walk, and scoot around.

​ Active toddlers are full of energy and eager to see, feel and touch the world around them. We'll help them joyfully engage in the learning process as they continue to connect their minds and bodies. Toddlers will learn how to interact with others and explore their environment, while learning about shapes, colors, numbers and the alphabet, as well as rules and good manners.

At this young age, children are gaining a realization of others around themselves, but will continue to prefer to play along side peers, instead of with them. They will be striving for independence in many tasks, but will still need help in accomplishing many of them. Children at this age are interested in learning about everything around them. They are curious and may seem to be always getting into mischief. With a vocabulary of 200-330 words and growing, it is important to expose them to new words, books, and songs.

Our 3 year old preschool class is available 5 days a week and includes a variety of structured learning, hands-on activities, outdoor play time, center time, and small group learning centers. In addition to participating in large and small group activities, we work one-on-one each day.

Our pre-kindergarten program for students entering kindergarten the following year is a 5 day a week program. The morning session runs from 8:30 to 12:00 am. In addition, child-care is available from 6am to 6pm. This class uses Funshine Express Bible curriculum, Zoo Phonics, and Abeka for math and handwriting. In addition we use Core Knowledge Preschool concepts and various hands-on activities in order to make sure that your child receives the best education possible to highly prepare him or her for kindergarten.
