Nothing is harder on parents than leaving your baby for the first time. We understand how time consuming and worrisome it can be to find the right caretaker and environment for your baby. From our very first meeting, we partner with you to give your baby the best opportunity to grow and flourish in his or her own unique way. Our loving teachers are experts in creating the best setting for your baby. Not only will your experience be tailored to your baby’s needs it will also include experiences to help socialize your baby through circle time, music and movement activities, art and sensory play, fine motor play, large motor play, neighborhood walks and so much more. You and your baby will feel right at home with our infant team.

We understand toddlers at Creative Corner School. One moment they can be curious and loving and the very next, questioning and impulsive. It can be bittersweet to leave your toddler. Sure, you will miss them, but you also welcome the break. Our goal is to partner with parents and give each toddler the best opportunity to develop as they become a little more independent. Our nurturing teachers design a curriculum to fit the individual needs of your toddler that provide daily learning opportunities with specific boundaries to keep them safe. We believe toddlers need to explore and discover the world around them but listen and begin to follow direction. We allow for flexibility in our toddler program while developing their cognitive, fine-motor, large motor, and social/emotional skills through a balanced combination of structured and unstructured play-based learning experiences.

The preschool years can be so entertaining and fun. Preschool children begin to develop a sense of humor and their communication skills really begin to take off. You may have once worried if your child would ever talk and now you begin to wish they’d talk a little less. We get this and we are ready to answer your preschoolers constant questions along with some of your own. We provide your child with activities that are challenging but achievable. As recent studies have shown, early childhood education is an important foundation for future educational success. Creative Corner School’s program is based on the Massachusetts Department of Education’s Preschool Learning Experiences. Our frameworks are designed to help your child progress in all developmental aspects.

Learning continues throughout our summer program with an emphasis on fun. We have scheduled onsite field trips with visitors from Boston children’s museums, aquariums, authors and entertainers. We create impressionistic pieces with the Museum of Art, sing and dance with Philip Alexander and his original Rocket Song. We watch friends have broccoli pulled out of their ears by a magician, indulge in ice cream and popsicles all while cooling off with water play. There are a few schedule options to choose from when enrolling your child. Summer is an exciting time of year to be at Creative Corner School, but you must book early to ensure your child’s spot.

The rubber begins to meet the road by the time your child enters our Pre-K program. By this point, your child is a leader at Creative Corner School. They are getting ready to transition to either our Kindergarten Prep program or move onto elementary school and this transition year can cause some hesitation and anxiety. We recognize this and we work hard to make your child feel comfortable and safe and get ready to spread their wings. Our teachers want your child to be successful and challenged at the same time. Our Pre-K STEAM curriculum is designed to work with different developmental levels and learning styles and reinforce all that they’ve learned in preschool and all that they need to know as they move on. Like our preschool program, our Pre-K program is based on the Massachusetts Department of Education’s Preschool Learning Experiences. Our frameworks are designed to help your child flourish on all levels.
