Our infant area provides the highest quality care in an environment that is designed with the parent and child in mind. While in our care, the children are stimulated through one on one engaging interactions, nurturing support while they navigate their world, and consistency in routines. Infants are able to eat and sleep on their own schedules in a safe manner where they are actively supervised.

Junior Bears knows that many parents work nontraditional hours and can use help on late hours or on weekends. Junior Bears understands and offer’s a safe space and fun times for your child during these times.

Even when school is out, we're still learning under the sun at Junior Bears! Get ready for a whole summer packed with excitement, discovery, and adventure. We will explore themes through hands-on projects that are highly engaging for all! Plus, our staff is our secret ingredient! Junior Bears provides a spectacular group of counselors who are passionate about developing their campers. Kids may fall asleep on the ride home telling you about their favorite parts of the day, but even more than fun we make kids feel fulfilled, safe, and surrounded by a dozen new best friends.

At this age, children are meeting new challenges as fast as they come. Crawling, walking and eventually running are levels they accomplish in what seems like a blink of an eye. Children learn best if they are in a stimulating environment. Music, stories, outdoor play, interest areas, and art envelop much of the day. Our classrooms are sectioned into areas of interest so that children have the opportunity to fully engage with their peers with toys and equipment that is age appropriate and easily accessible. Our staff is dedicated to helping each child develop these skills through a trusting and loving relationship.

Our focus at this age is to develop the child’s social skills and emotional awareness, to achieve kindergarten readiness. With this goal, we have created our preschool curriculum to make children focus with activities that will add wonder and encourage imagination. All activities are age-based and ensures that everyone can participate at their own pace. Children will receive encouragement and praise for their hard work and not just their finished product. We want children to be introduced to as many learning experiences as possible while in attendance. children will also have access to a wide range of age appropriate toys to create.

As children get older and more independent, they need new challenges and goals. That’s why we offer school age before/after school programs and care that address the changing and more varied needs of our children. Our reading and math activities, along with science projects will build your child’s enthusiasm helping create a lifelong love of learning and exploration. We also offer additional support for parents, such as private transportation to and from local schools.

School’s out. We’re in! Winter break, spring break, summer break—whew. When school’s out (but you still need to work), you can count on Junior Bears to provide your children with a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused on fun. You can rest easy when your kids are with us. We welcome children ages 5–12 during school break times! We’ll make sure big kids have a sensational, screen-free experience they won’t forget. In any given week, kids in our programs might be exploring circus science, diving into the world of marine mammals, or making up their very own version of a mixed-up fairy tale. In other words, boredom isn't a thing here—and friendships and laughter are guaranteed.
