Our home also has two separate legal units. We live in the top unit and the lower unit is solely dedicated to our Child Care. It is ~1,240 square feet with a quarter acre backyard. We have invested considerable resources into making our home friendly, inviting, open and completely child safe with constantly refreshing new toys, furniture and supplies.
