We follow each child? natural sleeping, eating and playing patterns so that the children only engage in activities for which they are ready. Our infants are always happy. We have created an infant Montessori classroom environment that helps each child to feel loved, respected and free to choose what they want to do when they want to do it. The classroom setting fosters and nurture each child's independence. The classroom is cozy, warm and especially designed for mobility. Soft lighting and music create a peaceful and beautiful ambience. There is plenty of floor space for children to move around and explore whenever they are ready. Their exploratory experiences are supported by fun activities, toys and nurturing interaction. It is a nurturing environment where these very young children, for the first time, experience structured contact with other children. Our teachers are trained to adjust to toddlers' needs as they experience contact with other children and learn to participate in a cooperative group. In our Montessori environment, your toddler is supported and supervised by teachers who are loving, nurturing, and rigorously trained in child development. These teachers create peaceful, supportive, and safe environments for these young children. In our environment your child's natural curiosity and natural passion for wonder, exploration, and discovery comes alive. The staff members care for each child individually, making sure that each child's needs are taken care of. The children sleep when they want to sleep, play when they want to play and eat when they are hungry. As a result, the children are happy and content. The goal of our toddler Montessori School is to create an environment that enables the children to feel loved, respected, and free to choose what they want to do. Our classrooms are equipped with items such as picture books, fun learning objects and musical instruments that make them feel comfortable and satisfied.

Primary Program (3 - 6 yrs)
Primary Montessori School encourages children to decide what they want to learn and the teachers observe them to see what each child's interests are. Then the teachers put each child in situations in which they can learn best that which they enjoy. Children are naturally different and they learn at different paces so the teachers allow each one enough time to learn each stage. There is no "hurry, hurry, we must finish the syllabus." As a result, each child is happy and excited to learn new things without fear. All the children emerge from this program creative, caring and confident. Our learning environment is self-motivated, with plenty of concrete learning materials that encourage the children to want to learn while the teachers provide guidance and support. The primary program at Kids USA Montessori consists of the following subjects: Language: Children are introduced to sounds and symbols through vocabulary sound games, songs and dance. Math: Children are introduced to numbers and the decimal system using the most wonderful concrete materials. Geography: The children are introduced to land and water forms, relief features, countries, weather patterns, etc. Nature studies: Children are introduced to parts of plants and animals which form part of their environment. Other subjects: Children learn history, cultural awareness, music, art, creative movement, and other things. Before/After School Program (6 - 12 yrs)
Learning at Kids USA Montessori is not limited to the classroom. We also have an after-school program where children get involved in activities that help them to find and explore their passion. Extracurricular activities stimulate the minds of children in various ways. They also keep them busy and challenged. However, they are fun and provide children with a way to relax and enjoy time with their friends away from the classroom. We provide facilities for singing, art, dancing and sport. We want to know what your child is interested in and then allow him/her to explore that field. No child is ever turned down at Kids USA Montessori unless a classroom is full to capacity.
Elementary Program (6 - 12 yrs)
Children this age have become confident, independent, keen to explore complex and challenging activities, and to experiment with new concepts. We provide them with an environment that is conducive to experimentation, interaction and many other activities to make sure that their desire to try things out practically is satisfied. We limit the use of text books and lean more towards creative and practical expression to encourage our students to become quick thinkers, in-depth analyzers, and productive learners. We also help them develop social skills by encouraging them to interact with their peers under supervision and to learn basic etiquette and good behavior. We give them opportunities to share and improve their creative talents and learn new ones through group and individual projects. That way they can find and develop their passion or interest. The 6 to 12-year-old students learn in the same classroom, building a community with each other and deepening relationships with their peers and teachers. They use concrete materials but progressively move towards increasingly more abstract thinking. The materials are dramatic, multi-sensory and impressionistic so they kindle the learner's imagination and curiosity. The Elementary School Curriculum includes: Mathematics Language Social Studies Foreign Language Geometry Science/Nature Studies Art and Music The Benefits of Elementary School Montessori Personality: Children become confident and competent. Academic: Children develop critical thinking skills & the ability to form a hypothesis, use logic & reason, research, analyze & form a conclusion. Social skills: The kids develop strong social skills, a strong moral compass and a strong desire to solve social problems. Life skills: Children develop independent thinking, creativity, and the ability to solve problems that they can use later in life.
Summer School Program (6 - 12 yrs)
Children learn every day and we know that a learning environment is important at all times. That is why we have a summer Montessori program where children can enjoy the continuation of their learning while having fun. Our summer program provides kids with an opportunity to enjoy more of what the world has to offer. We are aware of the importance of giving kids a chance to explore their interests and participate in activities that enable them to be more physical and stimulate their minds in ways different from what regular school education does. That is why our popular summer program has more outdoor programs, games, field trips, sports and other extra-curricular programs. You can choose whether your child will do a full unit study, a mini unit or just an activity from one of our themes. Children attending Kids USA Montessori, children outside our school and children new to Kids USA Montessori can apply and register for the summer session by submitting a registration form, and a non-refundable registration fee.
