Our toddler classroom creates inviting, hands-on activities that allow for much exploration. Each day is packed with carefully designed, structured activities. In a toddler classroom, learning spaces can offer an outlet for young children to learn through play and communication. These inspiring spaces for young children provide a place to do fun activities while also building the skills toddlers are already learning. Classroom activities emphasize toddler cognitive and physical milestones such as increasing verbal skills, self-awareness, social interactions, self-help skills for eating and dressing, walking and running.

Our Two’s Classrooms provide a loving, nurturing environment that continues to lay the foundation of the child’s Emotional, Social, Intellectual and Physical Growth. We strive to give each two-year-old child a sense of routine and structure that will aid in mastering each of these valuable skills. Give your child many opportunities to be more independent as they start to develop. Students are given opportunities to develop their language as they begin learning about letters, numbers, colors and shapes.

Our preschool classes throughout the Kansas City metro provide children and families with a calm, loving and serene atmosphere where independence and choices are encouraged and self-concept is enhanced. Additionally, we conscientiously strive to empower our students to learn self-discipline. We do this by creating and maintaining an environment where each child knows the expectations and limits. We know children learn best through hands-on experiences and exploring, which is why a typical day in our classrooms includes rich opportunities for pretend play, music, art, science, reading, and math activities!

Our pre-kindergarten program dives deeper into kindergarten readiness. Not only does a high-quality pre-kindergarten program prepare children academically for later school success, but it offers opportunities to build social-emotional skills and self-esteem. In addition to Kiddi Kollege’s weekly lesson plans, activities and themes, our pre-k classroom’s main learning curriculum includes art, math, science, music, social studies, language arts, and manipulative play with a focus on reading, writing, sight word, and computer readiness.
