Young children learn best through play! Graland’s preschool and prekindergarten program is designed to help students settle into the school environment with joy, while intentionally integrating the development of foundational skills in math, literacy and social-emotional awareness. Our preschool and prekindergarten children are introduced to our early childhood learning program called Creative Curriculum and explore new subject matters that ignite their curiosity. Teachers work to create and establish routines and reinforce positive interactions between students. Students begin to embrace socialization skills and what it means to understand their own needs while also sharing, building friendships and showing respect for others. By the end of the prekindergarten year, students are ready to slide into Kindergarten with a smile.
