Spanish Immersion Preschool program is designed for children who do not yet understand nor speak Spanish. Our preschool provides an opportunity for children to learn Spanish through the experiences presented in a typical childhood curriculum which is developmentally appropriate. Our program is highly interactive and uses music, art and cultural expression to enhance learning. Activities include reading, writing, arts and crafts, cooking and sports. Parent participation is required once every 5 weeks. If you are unable to participate someone from you family may participate in your stead (Significant other, brother, sister, grandparents, etc.). If you are truly unable to participate the option to buy out participation is also available. The program is for children ages 2 1/2 years old and up by September of current school year. There is no need for a child to be potty trained.

Amigos de Palo Alto will offer a variety of summer camps for your child to attend. Many of the children who are with us during the year will attend one of our camps. Our Young Fives Program is designed to prepare children with late birthdays for Kindergarten. The curriculum is a little more advanced than that of the regular preschool program so that the Young Fives can continue to feel challenged while they learn.
