Head Start, Early Head Start, and Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership promote the school readiness of children ages birth to 5 from low-income families. In addition to supporting the children's learning, the program offers support and services for everyone in the family.

MAOF's Family Child Care Home Educational Network (FCCHEN) is funded by the California Department of Social Services. The program offers free or reduced cost child care services to income eligible families who have a qualifying need as defined by the funding source.

Infant, Toddler & Preschool (2 mos - 5 yrs)
The MAOF Early Care and Education Program provides high quality care and education services to infants, toddlers, and preschool children who qualify through the State Subsidy Program. Parents must be income-eligible and either working, seeking employment, enrolled in an education or vocational program, or deemed incapacitated.
